Homemade Pizza | French Style

Even though my bread machine can’t seem to cook anything without blowing a fuse, I am still able to make dough. This was my first attempt at pizza using the bread maker.

I didn’t have any mozzarella so had to substitute French Brie but hey, it worked out ok.

    Looks YUM!!! Is that some kind of “pizza board” the pizza is on? Like, do you cook the pizza on it??
    I”m in search of a pizza “stone’ which you can find very easily in the States, but not here… Let me know…

    Oh, goodness, now I have a pizza craving! Unfortunately, with snow piling past my waist, I think a trip out for pizza is unlikely! Maybe I’ll have to try making my own some time…
